Milk Soy Protein Intolerance (MSPI) is a condition when an infant can
not digest the proteins found in milk and soy foods.
Even infants who
are solely breastfed can develop the symptoms from maternal ingestion
of cow's milk (which then
passes into the breast milk). Each time the
mother or child comes into contact with a form of milk and/or soy protein
the infant
will exhibit unpleasant symptoms.
